JENKINS Pamela L. Jenkins, 42, passed away July 18, 2008. She is survived by her mother and step-father Martha and Carl Brooks, 2 sisters, Deborah Richardson (Bill) and Sherry Kibler, Several aunts, including Shirley Garrison, uncles, nieces, nephews, great niece and nephews, and special family member Betty Merritt. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 21, 2008 at the First United Pentecostal Church, 11697 Normandy Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32221.
